Miss Richie is enrolled in the SB38 Alcohol Program and the judge has mandated that she attend the program’s anti-drinking driver course that spans 18 months. She must also attend 52 hours of group counseling, bi-weekly face-to-face interviews and 12 hours of alcohol counseling.

Damn let this be a lesson for all. Damn I’m sure she wished she went to jail for 2 days like Paris instead of doing this shit 1½ year. .And even though I like Nicole, I secretly enjoy watching her get the normal punishment everyone else has to deal with.
Not only is getting a DUI in California a nightmare, but you will not be able to afford to drive a car again because your insurance gets jacked!!!
Anyone who exposes themselves to the political opinions of their fellow citizen will learn instantly that even those who share many of your views hold them for reasons that are contradictory, vapid, erroneous or non-existent. Kind of depressing but here we are. So all is fair, as they say. Barry has not been holding himself to a higher standard or indeed any standard, rather he and we have found Team Barry laughably incompetent at public life. Barry really thinks he is all that and a bag of chips but he was a big fish in a tiny pond and he wasn’t THAT big at his peak. Barry is a fraud nose to tip. And he smokes. Is there a personal fact that could be more damaging in the modern day? Maybe if he were gay though I doubt it. Barry smokes, everyone knows it. When will a photo come to light? This trivium could put Barry not in the ditch but in the river.
Nicole should have just done the time rather than go through all that crap.
I think it’s cool that she goes faithfully, though, it may be long but she’s there every time, not trying to get out of it.
