They fear that Jive may be back to looking upon Britney merely as a cash-cow, now that she has put most of her problems behind her.
A source close to the Spears clan tells MSNBC: “Britney has been going to the studio ever since she got out of the hospital, but it was more a therapeutic exercise than anything. The people who really care about her knew that even though she wants to be the pop star she used to be, it won’t be good for her. Even her label, Jive, understood that. It’s a little unsettling to us that they’d want her to get back to recording so fast.”
For their part, a source at Jive records feels that both the fears as well as the effort involved in putting together an album are exaggerated.
“She’s not Paul Simon. As long as it’s produced well and has a good beat, she’ll have a hit,” says the insider. “Really, the quicker we do it, the better it will be. You shouldn’t overthink some things.”
Releasing her sixth studio album may not be as much of a challenge for Britney as a world tour in support of it, which, if tabloid press reports are correct, Britney is set to embark on from New Year’s Eve.

I personelly think it is waaaaaay to early for a world tour!! Too much pressure on someone who is recovering back to mental health!
I think she can totally handle a world tour! She has got it together and she is older and more wise and experienced. In fact, it would be good for her.
Here you go again with posting false information. There have been interviews conducted with Lynne Spears where they asked her the same question “Is the music label pushing her too hard?” and she responded that “this is something Britney loves to do and she loves her fans and this will be part of the process of her getting back on the right track and that the family has faith in her and backs her 100% in her going the direction she wants to go in” so wherever you got that from, it’s fake. Even when you just posted the Lynne interview down below. she even says there that she suppots it and that she’s getting back to the top again. So, to answer your question…no, I don’t think it’s too fast. If she has her family watching over her and she has their support that’s all she needs and this could be a very good distraction for her and very good for her self-esteem. I think people are just looking for anything to tear Britney apart, people want to see her fail and I hope she proves people wrong.

I watched the entire Lyn Spears interview this morning on the Today Show. The whole Spears family are stupid hillbillies, and Lynn whored her daughter out to become rich and famous and now she wants sympathy for doing so. What a load of bullshit ! ! !
She has already proved to us that she cant handle the simple things in life, how can she do a world tour?

A world tour would be good for her. Performing is in her blood. Her troubles only came after she had the two boys and did nothing but hang out with bad influences like Paris, Lindsay, Adnan and Sam.
