The ageless rocker took to the streets of the SoHo neighbourhood of New York City today with a woman that appeared to be a real estate agent. The duo strolled around for a bit in the afternoon looking at a number of different buildings.
While Jon may be expanding his real estate portfolio, he is certainly not forgetting about taking care of others. His Philadelphia Soul Charitable Foundation just provided $1 million toward construction of a 51-unit building that will cater to homeless people with special needs, like AIDS patients, in his homestate of New Jersey.

Welcome to my hood! This man only looks better and better!!!!!!
Who is this man? He looks like a good man. Maybe he like to date me.
Philadelphia Soul Charitable Foundation is Public Charity organization, meaning it’s an oganization ‘that normally receives a sustantial part of its support from a governmental unit or from THE GENERAL PUBLIC.’
It’s not out of his own pockets.
It’s the public you need to thank, not that maybe about $150 million fortune owning millionaire who still wants us to give money to the other less fortunate ones.
