After spending the day out and about in Los Angeles yesterday, Miley Cyrus and her mom Tish Cyrus were seen out a friend’s house in Santa Monica, CA.

Meanwhile, the Hannah Montana starlet is playing down reports of a new romance with model and aspiring country singer Justin Gaston, insisting he’s just “a friend”.
A source close to Miley - a Nashville, Tennessee native - says, “They’ve been spending a lot of time together while he’s in town.”
The pair met earlier this year when Justin was a contestant on TV talent show Nashville Star, which was hosted by the singer/actress’ father, Billy Ray Cyrus.
