Josh Hartnett isn’t letting a few defamatory tabloid stories get the best of him.

The 30-year-old actor was spotted out and about in London on Monday during a day off rehearsals.

While his lawyers are busy seeking justice and retribution after a British tabloid alleged he had a “sexual dalliance” in the library of a London hotel, Josh appeared in good spirits as he did some window shopping today all while greeting fans.

His Rain Man debut has been delayed for a week to allow for extra rehearsal time.

He’set to play car dealer Charlie Babbitt, the role originated by Tom Cruise in the 1988 film, in a limited run of the play from September 19. However, the play is a week behind schedule, following the withdrawal of original director David Grindley, who pulled out for family reasons.
