Victoria Beckham continued to zero in on her stake as the queen of New York Fashion Week last night.
Looking chic in a thigh-skimming black wrap dress, Posh attend a party held by Vogue editor-at-large Andre Leon Talley in honour of Jennifer Hudson’s debut album.
The self-appointed style icon was joined by designer Marc Jacobs, who opted for a short skirt, too!
So, what does Victoria have to say about her headline-making new ‘do? “I get bored very very quickly,” she says. “And I just fancied a change.”
In a just-released statement from Garren, the New York celebrity hairstylist responsible for Posh’s pixie, he says: “It was clear that we had to go short and create a new look that embraced her beauty, great personality and body.”

I actually think it looks good on her but I prefered it when she had it cut to the short asymetrical bob. This shorter style does bring out her eyes but it’s definitely one that you’d have to wear a ton of make-up just to look feminine.

Obama is this the way to change, by completely disrespecting not only Sara Palin, but all women. Why is it when a politican runs out of substance they start name calling ? I think the cut is really cute, but like another poster said (some days ago)– Halle did it first :o). Also, it’s a bit disconcerting how bony she is (chest area minus the balloons)…

I really like the style i think because she is quite an ugly looking woman she can try styles like this as she doesnt have anything to lose. I actually think this hairstyle is the one that makes her look the most attractive as it brings out her brown eyes. Classy!!
