So, where is SJP headed? To a meeting regarding a fundraising fashion show she’s co-hosting for presidential contender Barack Obama during Fashion Week.
Joined by Vogue editrix Anna Wintour, the 43-year-old will present a fashion show on September 9 at the Charles Nolan Studio which will feature designs from fashion favourites Beyonce’s House of Dereon, Diane Von Furstenberg, Marc Jacobs and Zac Posen.
Guests will get a sneak preview of the clothes created especially in support of Obama and trendy apparel will be set to go live on Obama’s campaign website next month.

She has great style! Not just when she was on Sex and the City but just in her everyday life. I hope everything is working out between her and Matthew. All the celebrities have gone a little crazy over Obama, it’s getting to be a bit too much. Russell Brand’s comments yesterday were completely unacceptable in my opinion. There are a lot of impressionable teens watching that show and most of them have no idea about politics or who to vote for so they will just vote for who their fave celeb is telling them to vote for. I love Barack and I think he will make a wonderful president but there really is a lot of bias out there.
