The Garner-Affleck gang, Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner and Violet Affleck, stopped by the West L.A. children’s restaurant Giggles and Hugs on Sunday.
While both Jen and Violet looked like they were thoroughly looking forward to the family’s lunch date, Ben didn’t seem to be quite as enthused. As wife and daughter smiled between one another, family patriarch Ben walked ahead looking quite gaunt with his expression exuding something close to misery.
It’s a good thing they decided to go to a place called Giggles and Hugs because it certainly seems Mr. Affleck could use some!!!

I feel for them! I mean you are trying to get some lunch with you family and pregnant wife and you have to deal with all these paps!

He never carries his daughter and looks like he’d rather be dead….so sad for them.

Ben always walks ahead of them it seems that Jen likes it that way.. She
always likes to hold Violet.. They do look happy when he is in the car…
And Jen and Ben hold hands together… Since they started dating they have
been like this…
Maybe Violet is in that stage where her mommy is her world and she doesn’t want dad to hold her…. its got to be mom. Alot of kids go through that.
It’s not his family - it’s the Paps…..obviously
Matt Damon , Cruise ,Seal , Chris Noth and Matthew Mcconaghuay are all hands on dads and they also have paps to deal with.

he’s probably walking ahead to shield his family FROM the paps. they’re obviously standing right in front of them. i’d look grumpy too if they were always in my way
Even in the last picture jen is trying to reach out to ben and he is pulling away his hand, can it be more obvious that he hates her, can you say passive aggressive.
