The Hills player LAUREN CONRAD slipped into a sleek and sexy Asian-inspired dress by Richard Ruiz to the celebration of Nylon magazine’s special TV Issue in Hollywood. One day earlier, Beverly Hills 90210 alum SHANNEN DOHERTY offered a little shoulder in the red version of the flirty frock during an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman in New York City.
