Maaaaay-juh!!!!
Check out your first look at Victoria Beckham’s first dress collection courtesy of the fine people at WWD.
No surprises here when it comes to Posh’s style aesthetic. All the looks are tailored to the body. Fabrics include basket-weave cotton, fine gazar and georgette silks. And just for a touch of whimsy, Victoria added touches of Indian embroidery and hand-sewn beading.
Says the self-appointed style icon in a just released statement: “The collection was inspired by femininity and sophistication of the midcentury silhouette. I’ve always been drawn to intricate, seam-detailed designs, as their structure enhances the flattering shape of a woman’s silhouette.”
Our thoughts on Vicky’s designs? Has a fashion designer been born?

I like the dresses! They are very her for sure!!
Diff looks like something she would wear.
They are nice though
Did they instruct the models to have that vacant Posh stare of disgust?
you can only wear this stuff if you are a size 0, anyone larger need not apply.
BORING
suprisingly, it looks good!
simple. but lets be honest the tailoring on the blue gown is very 50’s cone-bra-chic, non?
I like the dresses
looks like amazing
i can’t wait to see the oher dress
victoria i love u you’r the best
IT’S ALL BEEN DONE BEFORE!
No originality whatsoever. Totally suits her.
Una previa de la lÃnea de vestidos de Victoria Beckham en el Fashion Week de New York primavera-verano 2009. La colección firmada por Victoria está inspirada en la feminidad y sofisticación.
No originality is right, I’ve seen several versions of the dress on the left. In fact– she’s worn something similar herself. The designs are plain and uninspired…
Ridiculously unwearable for anyone over a size 0. Try again.
I think this is more down her alley! I don’t think her casual dvb brand did do so well because it’s just not her style!!!
Did posh interview the models to make sure they were pouty bitches?
i liked dress collection
