A typically conservatively dressed Katie Holmes was seen going to rehearsal in the Greenwich Village hood of New York City today for Arthur Miller’s, All My Sons.
Despite criticisms, poor ticket sales and even threats of a protest over her Broadway debut, Katie is getting rave reviews for her upcoming stint on Eli Stone. Castmember Matt Letscher tells People magazine that the actress is “just phenomenal†in her guest role on the ABC sitcom.
“She does a song-and-dance number that is the best one we’ve ever done,” he says. “We’ve done tons of [musical numbers], and she was just phenomenal.”
Letscher goes on to say that Katie and her hubby Tom Cruise are “down to earth†and “just like anybody else.â€
He adds: “She’s the sweetest person in the world, down to earth, simple. She’s just like anybody else. I met her daughter and her husband was on set. It’s was great.â€

flowy tops lately…?
are we on a bump-watch?
katie has always seemed like such a sweetheart. i don’t get the hate for her. not everyone interviews comfortably, and i wouldn’t smile at weirdos taking my photo either.
people hate cuz they have nothing better to do.
I think she needs to cut her hair…it’s so long,jk. I don’t know why she doesn’t want to look beautiful anymore? She was so much prettier and younger looking with long hair…
