She’s involved in a war of words with her father and it could be about to get a lot worse.
Lindsay Lohan chose to party all weekend long with lover Samantha Ronson rather than attend a wake for her grandfather who died on Thursday night.
The party princess kicked it at Borgata’s mur.mur nightclub last night, where her girlfriend was the headlining DJ at the Atlantic City hotspot. The lady lovebirds spent the day hanging with eight friends at the Water Club, the Borgata’s new nongaming hotel, where they also spent the night. The mur.mur crowd went wild for Lohan, who did not accompany her galpal on Ronson’s two previous Borgata performances. Lohan sat by Ronson’s side in the DJ booth all night and drank plenty of Red Bull.
We don’t blame Linds for lying low following her latest family trauma. Daddy Lohan has very publicly slagged DJ Sam for being a bad influence on his little girl and spoke to the press immediately after his father died to goad his ex-wife Dina.

Hey as long as Lindsay is still living a sober life….her dad can shut the hell help! But it is pretty bad that she didnt go to her grandfathers wake.
Brutal!!! She missed her Grandfather’s wake to go to another club with Sam? She will feel horrible about this sometime soon. She needs to tell that paper boy to hit the bricks!
If Lindsay has half a brain she will cut ties with her insane family. She’s been her family’s pawn and meal ticket since she was a child. She’s earned the right to go be a grown up without crazy fame-whoring parents turning her into a tabloid joke. These parents have destroyed any credibility this woman ever had as an actress. Considering her father’s was hardly around when she was growing up due to jail time or estrangement how does any of us know how close she was with her paternal grandfather ? Don’t be so quick to judge-let her live her life and be happy!

Even if she didn’t go to the wake she could have shown some respect & kept herself at home to mourn.
Tony, at what age does she actually begin to take responsibility for her own actions? SHE has destroyed any credibility she ever had as an actress. I don’t care how bad her home life was; it’s still her fault. And there are people who come from far worse backgrounds who have been totally successful.
Maybe she’s not mourning because her grandfather’s death was no loss! I don’t know about any of you, but I’ve heard some unbelievable stories from friends/coworkers/clients, about deranged family members. We don’t know how much contact she had with him, how close they were, or what kind of person he was.
Think about it: this is a man who raised Michael Lohan! It’s quite probable ML learned how to be a two-faced lowlife from his dad. It’s also likely that ML’s father attacked Dina Lohan throughout the divorce/custody battle. And whatever we might think of Dina, she’s Lindsay’s mother, and Lindsay has continually defended her.
Michael Lohan has been using his children for years and is so low that he’s used his father’s death to lash out at his ex. I don’t know why people think Linday is the one with the problem.

Sam looks like a meth addict. I wouldn’t be suprised if Lindsay is still doing drugs, too, but just being more discreet about it. Sam really does look unhealthy, always has dark circles under her eyes…..
I honestly don’t think Lindsay gives a shit about anyone else but herself. At the moment it’s all about her and Sam and anything else is getting in the way. That includes her career and her family, whether she’s getting along with them or not. I think to not attend your grandfather’s funeral is unforgiveable. She should have been there whether she wanted to or not, and it will be something that she will regret in the future. I don’t care if the paparazzi were there or if Michael was going to be there or what. It’s her grandfather!
