Johnny Depp thrilled fans with his guitar work last night, when he caught up with old mates from rock band The Kid at Club Cinema in Pompano Beach.
The occasion was for the Sheila Witkin Memorial Reunion Concert in memory of Sheila Witkin, a local band manager whose son, Bruce Witkin, would go on to play in the Kids with Johnny.
Fans were kept waiting until after midnight today to find out whether Mr. Depp could keep up with the Kids’ guitar-centred power pop — and he impressed amid screams from the packed floor.

Because of Mr. Obama’s choice he has handed the presidency to Mr. Mccain. Mrs. Palin not only helps but will insure a landslide for the Republicans in 08.

I think Johnny is a wonderful actor and he seems like a very genuine guy but I’ve never really found him all that attractive. Maybe as Jack Sparrow but I don’t really see the fascination I guess. He looks a bit greasy here as well.

Johnny Depp has always loved music and playing his guitar. The photos are great. He has always been one of my favorite actors. If I could, I would personally like to thank Nicholas Gage for encouraging Johnny to go into acting. He is handsome and talented. What ever he does, he does it from the heart. We need more people like him.

Witkin galt als Revolutionärin der Rockmusik-Szene im Süden Floridas Ende der 70er und Anfang der 80er Jahre. Sie war zudem Mutter eines Bandkollegen und Bandmanagerin.
