They say time heals all wounds, but apparently not enough time has passed for Rosie O’Donnell and Elisabeth Hasselbeck.
Following last month’s very brawl that resulted with Rosie leaving the show, Elisabeth tells Access Hollywood: “You know, truthfully, I think a friend is someone who you have positive communications with, so I don’t know if I would define us as friends right now.”
I get the feeling that the pregnant View co-host is fairly sad at the way everything went down. Elisabeth adds that, though they were close in the past, she can’t predict things to come for herself and Ro.
“I did define us as friends, but I’m not going to make the leap to assume that we will or will not be friends in the future. We had so many conversations and a true friendship…If you looked at the big picture I always looked at us on the same team, even though our politics were so different.”
Still no word on who will be filling Rosie’s highly sought after seat.

Who gives a shit??? They’re both idiots.

I bet Rosie gets TPIR and is more popular than ever (she’s her own worst enemy when she spouts those crazy conspiracy theories so just shaddup already!).
.
ANYONE who takes over for Rosie on The View is going to welcome comparison and not measure up. Barbara W. brought Rosie in to save the show after Meredith left and her leaving is going to be what kills the show. Its a snoozefest now.

I wish they would bring a man in. As a woman, I hate to say it but all of those women with strong personalities together who can’t just give an opinion and leave it at that, gets on my last effing nerve. I would gladly watch it they could agree to disagree and not turn it into an effing after school special every damn week.

I love the view more then ever now, because Rosie isn’t on it anymore. Rosie started out with a lot of fan’s but toward’s the end she lost a lot of them. There was a poll in people’s magazine stating who side are you on and 80% were with Elizabeth and 20% were with Rosie. Rosie is all about poll’s and fact’s, she should take that fact that not a lot of people like her and stick it up her fat ass.

my god, that makes me sad to think 80% of the people were on Elizabeths’ side, good grief we are in a sorry, sorry state of affairs.
OMG! if PH is on the view, that’s fucking … disgusting.

And Barks, WTC 7 was the 3rd steel building to collapse that day, only this building was NOT hit by an airplane. we are expected to believe that fires alone caused the structure to collapse at free-fall speed. THAT is a conspiracy theory!! it collapsed in 6.5 seconds, the same rate a brick dropped from the building would take to hit the ground — this is impossible from a physics standpoint!

I don’t mind Elisabeth. I don’t agree with some of her viewpoints but she seems like a sweetie. I don’t think she ever wanted to fight with Rosie at all. Rosie just couldn’t let it go that Elisabeth had a different political opinion than her. Why does everyone have to have the same opinion in order to be friends? Elisabeth never attacked Rosie’s comments but Rosie constantly made rude, disrespectful remarks to Elisabeth that just made her look childish. Which is why I am TEAM ELISABETH all the way!
