A Mary-Kate Olsen-inspired Ashley Tisdale was seen today donning a flannel shirt, moccasin boots and….new plumped lips?
As the Disney starlet made a coffee run before heading to the studio in L.A. this afternoon, photographers were surprised to see Ashley’s fuller, swelled lips.
The 23-year-old actress is no stranger to plastic surgery as she had a nose job in the winter of 2007 due to claims of a deviated septum.
Could the pressures of Hollywood have forced Tisdale to alter her appearance yet again?

She can do what ever she wants but she is flat out an ugly girl! Bleach your hair, shave your massive nose, inject your lips….at the end of the day you are butt Butt Ugly.
Her lips look pretty much the same to me. I don’t really see much of a difference except that she’s wearing more lip gloss. She changes her hair color SOOOO much! It can’t be good. Last week there were photos of her with Zac Efron and her hair was really blonde, a couple days ago it was kind of caramel and now it’s brown. Her hair is going to end up as bad as Britney’s.

Ashley looks better with brown hair if you all were just nice she would do stuff u want her to if u are mean then she might even quit her career so i am not the boss of u but some of u are being mean!!!!
