Michael Lohan isn’t the only celebrity father plaguing his daughter’s career and personal life.
The father of Hilary Duff has been ordered to spend 10 days in jail for contempt of court.
Bob Duff was led away in handcuffs today during a court hearing after Judge Thomas Stansbury in Houston determined he violated an injunction against selling assets without court approval.
The Houston Chronicle reported that Bob must pay into a court repository $367 537 he earned from selling stocks last month.
Furthermore, the judge determined that Mr. Duff should pay his estranged wife Susan Duff $12 500 for Hilary’s birthday party, which was the subject of the hearing. Her mother wanted $25 000 to pay for a present and party.
His attorney Robert Piro says his client would post bond and file an appeal.
Bob and Susan are currently in the midst of a bitter divorce.

I think these young celebs just need to work with professional managers and no one that they know like family members. The family always fucks things up.
