With no love interests in her life currently, Kate Hudson finally got time to spend time with the most important man in her life — her 4-year-old son Ryder!
After an afternoon of window shopping in New York City, the shaggy and boho twosome dropped by Grey Dog Coffee for some refreshing iced tea.
While she’s used to the paparazzi prying into her personal life, on this outing Kate fielded questions about a recent multi-million dollar lawsuit waged against her for misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, among other complaints.
Los Angeles-based 220 Laboratories claims Kate and Babaii (that au naturale hair product system she fronts) stole a top-secret recipe to create their own line of hair care products.
While Kate’s lips remained mum, her fabulously shiny and managable hair did all the talking.

Why does she always look so miserable when she’s out with her son- but when she’s out with a man she looks as tho she is having the time of her life.
Her kid is NOT ugly…he is cute! And so is she.
