Julia Roberts’ perfect little family just got a little more perfect. The Oscar-winning actress just welcomed a little boy named Henry Daniel Moder.
Per People mag:
‘Henry was born Monday in Los Angeles and weighed 8½ lbs. “The Moder family is doing great,” Roberts’s rep, Marcy Engelman, tells PEOPLE exclusively.’
Congratulations to the Pretty Woman and her uber hot cameraman hubby Danny Moder. Now let’s just hope Jules finally gets her ass back to acting.

I’m proud of her for picking a normal name. As for her acting, I hope she takes a few more years off then comes back with a truly mature, dramatic role. I think she’d remind us why we loved her in the first place.

She’s not my favorite. She has not acted well since Erin Brockovitch and I am sure that was an accident for her. My two year old has more couth and class than she does and walks better in heels too. Seems as if my neighbors yard guy would be more comfortable wearing couture. She is awkward and goofy - poor actress and looks worse and worse with age. I have never been able to take her seriously, particularly since her lumbering like Paul Bunyan across the screen in Oceans 11 and her pitiful performance in Oceans 12. What a joke. Good for her to quit and be a stay at home Mom. Good for all of us who pay to see movies.
Julia has picked all normal names…..if you time travel back to the 1920’s.
Too bad her mother didn’t name her Gertrude or Hortence.

I love Julia! I like her movies, I like her characters… I think she comes off as a very charming and sweet person. I miss seeing her huge smile on the big screen, so I can’t wait for her to start filming again. Anyway, congrats to them!
meh- julia is like the female tom hanks to me. very inoffensive but just plays themselves on screen everytime. maybe i just don’t get the ‘all american’ thing

Congrats to her!! I think Henry is a really cute name actually, there is a little boy names Henry who lives down the street from me!
I don’t think she will get back to acting now though. She seems to be settled with her husband and her children and I think that’s where she will probably stay. She’s had a great career and won an Oscar and probably feels its time to close that chapter on her life now. I would definately love to see another My Best Friends’ Wedding type movie though!
