Cameron Diaz proved that A-list celebrities can be caring, compassionate do-gooders, despite their high-profile status and million dollar paychecks.
The stunning starlet saved the day for a local pet owner who had lost her injured German Shepherd Saturday afternoon. Diaz found the dog outside her Hollywood home and brought him in. While her assistant posted a “Found German Shepherd†sign on the street, Diaz gave the animal food, water, and some well-needed loving attention.
A short time later, the dog’s owner drove through the neighbourhood, frantically searching for her beloved pet.
With the help of her assistant, Diaz returned the dog to it’s rightful owner, who was relieved and thankful for the actress’ good deed. Diaz even took it one step further, making time out of her schedule to visit the veterinary center where the German Shepherd was being treated.
The gracious act of kindness proves that Diaz is the complete package with brains, beauty, and a big heart to match.
