Rocking a William Rast army fatigue tee, Savoy jeans and her trusty Louis Vuitton bag, the svelte songstress was spotted out and about in Hollywood yesterday after spending an afternoon with friends.
Jessica’s new bod-in-the-making is merely preparation for her upcoming role in ‘Major Movie Star’, where she plays a pampered major star who joins the U.S. Marines in hopes studio bosses will sign her up for a military-themed film.
The film will be directed by Steve Miner (of ‘Halloween H2O’ shame) from first-time screenwriter April Blair’s script. Jessica’s father Papa Joe Simpson is among the film’s producers.
Between Jessica and Joe Simpson, the dude who directed ‘Halloween H2O’ and the first-time screenwriter with the secondhand script (by way of ‘Private Benjamin‘) this oughta be top shelf Hollywood entertainment.

She’s looking great! This is the best she’s looked in a while and its a perfect weight for her. Her hair is looking really pretty here as well. I’ll be interested to see her movie, because I think with the right script and director she has the potential to be really funny and a good romantic comedy actress. She’s got the looks and the personality so why not?
