Usain Bolt broke the world record by winning the 200 meters in 19.30 seconds tonight, becoming the first man since Carl Lewis in 1984 to sweep the 100 and 200 gold medals at an Olympics.
And unlike his easy breezy 100 meters gold medal race, Bolt showed what he can do when he runs at full speed all the way through the finish.
And just to put this into perspective, the Olympic golden boy was a mind-numbing 0.52 seconds ahead of silver medalist Churandy Martina of Netherlands Antilles.

This guy is simply amazing. I saw the race this morning and I think he can break 9 seconds in the 100 meters.

tealeaf, jamaicans don’t use drugs. cmon. (i do think he’s innocent but i did read a cool article that drugs were being administered thru tattoos to hide them and it’s much more effective)
