John Mayer, who is increasingly coming through as someone who specializes in dating and dumping leading Hollywood celebrities, ended his relationship with Jennifer Aniston with a text message that read: “That’s it - the end.”
A friend of newly single Aniston tells the Mirror: “She is so intent on getting married and having children, he felt hemmed in. After a 20-minute phone conversation, he just said, ‘I can’t take it any more,’ and hung up. Then he texted, “That’s it - the end.”
A lothario he may be, but a gentleman he is not!

Wow that is pretty cold of John. However, any guy that is being pressured into anything like this will have escape mode on very quickly. Jenn can do better! Team Jen!!
It is pretty obvious that Jennifer Aniston is a lonely woman deperately looking to lock up a man. Very sad and pathetic.
We don’t even know if this is true so I am not jumping to conclusions. They dated, it didn’t work out and now they are both moving on. Give it a rest already

Only an imbecile - a desperate imbecile who is on top of it also quite forceful and bossy - like her attempts to pressure a much younger guy after only a few weeks or months of dating into having children. How could she expect a serious relationship from him in the first place? I bet she drove all the courting moves as well. I saw some of the pics in the pool - he was reserved while she was aggressively hanging on him all the time, leading the game. That is no way to behave. She wanted to force him into something he wasn’t so sure about. Or obviously not sure at all. Well, you reap what you sow.
John’s not in NYC right now….he’s on tour again this week.

Well said FabChick. I just love how first of all, it’s really any of our business why they split up. That is personal and no one’s business. Plus, I love the fact that everyone is an expert on why they broke up, like they were actually there when it happened. None of us, not even the person who wrote the article know. But “we the people” believe it like it’s the Bible. The media goes way too far with celebrities and their private lives. Why do we have to know every detail??? I just read a magazine about a week before the breakup that said her and Mayer were at the happiest point in their relationship and now this. NO ONE KNOWS, NO ONE SHOULD CARE THAT MUCH.
