Renee Zellweger and crew members were all laughs as Renee photographed a sleeping grip/lighting technician between takes on the set of the film My One And Only, filming in Marina Del Rey, CA , Wednesday afternoon.

Filming has recently begun on the Fifties-set romantic comedy, which also features Sex And The City’s Chris Noth and Golden Globe nominee Kevin Bacon.

Renee has spent much of the year filming various film projects. And it’s for good reason, too — girlfriend has a slew of mortgage payments to pay. The Oscar-winning actress has reportedly gradually amassed a $8.2 million spread in a small co-op building in the Upper East Side neighourhood of New York City where she calls home.

River House, the exclusive building that real estate brokers cannot even use in marketing materials, famously rejected Diane Keaton and Joan Crawford as residents because they didn’t….belong.
