JEWEL IS READY FOR BABIES!

“We’re ready to start a family,” singer Jewel tells the next issue of People, out Friday, which features a photo spread of her August 7 wedding to rodeo star Ty Murray.

The couple eloped to the Bahamas where only two friends were in attendance.

“That’s what marriage is,” Murray tells People, “just me and her.”

    i think what they did was awesome. too many people get wrapped up in the wedding that the marriage is ancillary and means nothing (hence, our divorce rate). they waited until they were sure, and did something special with meaning.

    and tori ran away because she made the mistake the first time (huge wedding and all)!
