The Britney Spears bonanza continues!
Check out this just released snap of the comeback queen with her two boys, Jayden James and Sean Preston, during her first interview in two years.
FYB has a few more excerpts from her comeback chat.

Britney on her sister Jamie Lynn becoming a mother: “I was shocked a little bit. She’s always been the baby, and now the baby was having a baby. But I’m sure my boys will be like big brothers to Maddie.â€Britney on her new album: “I think it is more urban. I’m writing every day, right here at the piano in this living room. This is my best work ever.”
Britney on working with Harvey Mason Jr. of The Underdogs: “I am working with producers who are just amazing. The album is due out in the next six to nine months.”
Britney on enjoying domestic life: “I get mad if the maid does all the housework. If she takes it all into her own hands, well, what’s for me to do? I’m a cleaning fanatic. Dusting is my favorite, and Windex-ing.”
Britney on whether she cooks for her family: “I do. Usually the maid and I will cook together. Sean and Jayden love my spaghetti.”
Britney on focusing on the mommy track these days: “I’m healthy, happy and excited about the future.”
- Brit calls son Jayden “J.J.”
- She has the boys Monday and Wednesday, plus noon on Friday until noon on Saturday. Next overnight visit: October 1.
-Her sons are so into cars, that she has “watched the Cars movie nine million times!”
-She wrote a new song about them called My Baby for her new album (due in “six to nine months”).
-She recently saw Mamma Mia! “I thought it was kind of silly,” she says. “I saw Hancock, which I loved.”
-What’s she listening to? “I really like Rihanna. I think she’s great. And the girl Duffy. I think she’s amazing. And I like the new Madonna CD. I like Leona Lewis, too.”

Well she sounds healthy and put together so I am very happy for her and I hope the album is a success for her.
To bad she thinks more of herself then her children.
To bad her so called fans think more of her so called music then seeing her get better for her children and become a real mother to them kids.

No, Im a mother that has always put her kids first.
That is what a REAL PARENT does.
She definitely has made some major improvements from the past but I still think she is a work in progress and that takes time.
At the end of the day she is not and has never been a talented musician. I think she should concentrate on her health and childern first and fore most.
She only has her kids sometimes, not all the time, I’m sure when she’s with her kids she’s not working on her album, shes concentrated on them. But she has to do something in the time when Kevin has the kids. And yeah I understand how many dedicated moms there are, but I don’t necessarily think she purposely abandoned her kids. She had mental issues that would not be healthy to have around her kids. She is thinking about them by getting mentally stable.

I do notice the UNTOUCHED carrot sticks next to their plates, but the Cheetos, nothing but fat and empty carbs–and the Sunkist, loaded with sugar and chemicals, are right there too, and I’m sure they will be emptied. If not by the kids, then by Momma.

I actually think they did this photo as a sort of tongue-in-cheek ode to what all the tabs have always said she feeds her children.
I would never dream of giving this kind of lunch to my little girls.

She does NOT have a mental disorder. That was damage control….if she really had one, they never would have let her out of the hospital in 4 days……she was detoxing, and now her Dad is there to make sure she stays sober.
^^^Hey PSL…you are absolutely correct. She was detoxing. Even the judge made the statement that she was a frequent & habitual drug abuser. She chose drugs over her children, marriage & career. I will never view this “thing” the same again…I have seen too much.

I don’t hate britney, but I call it what it is. Homegirl showed all the classic signs of a cokehead (prior to the judge making daddy babysit her GROWN 26 Y/O A$$). They’re a bunch at where I volunteer– except they don’t have money, family or loser fans to validate for them.
Hey PSL… I actually work in a psychiatric hospital, and legally the longest they can keep you without a court order is 72 hours from when you see the doctor (which is within the first 24 hours of admission). Now, that being said, a lot of mentally ill people self medicate by using drugs or whatev to keep from feeling the pain of their disorder. People with bipolar especially are into excesses, often times drugs. At any rate, I don’t know if she’s really mentally ill, and I would never dream of defending her, but they can’t keep you in a mental hospital for more than 72 hours against your will. That being said, I still think she’s a joke who will never recover from this downward spiral, no matter how many “comeback queen” headlines she may receive from this website.
Jesus, obviously the bag of cheetos is making fun of all the blogs and glossies who call her cheeto-queen etc. Take it easy and stop taking everything so seriously. Sometimes I feel people come to this website just to rid them self of their aggression instead of actually comment on the blog entries. SOME people are hilarious because they have nothing but negative comments for EVERY and ANY celeb portrayed on FYB. Take a break, its not that serious..
Anywhoo.. I do agree that Britney had a pretty obvious drug addiction but I wouldn’t rule out any mental disorders either. IDK, but at any cost, I’m glad her daddy took charge of her life and I hope it stays that way for a while, and I am greatful that Kevin has full custody of the kiddies.

I am surprisingly supportive of her recent turnaround although I still believe she needs to come clean about her mental illness. I mean come on! We can’t just pretend none of that happened. She was seriously deranged and it had nothing to do with paparazzi. Plus I really would encourage her to get rid of her trailer trash diet. Any mother who can’t clean up her poor eating habits around the kids is well, an ass. I have no doubt the reports of her kids teeth being rotted were accurate. Yeesh.

I totally agree with Jessyka’s post. Unless you are an obvious and immediate danger to yourself or the community, you can only be held for so long. And really, that’s a good thing — it should be hard as hell to lock someone up against their will when they haven’t committed a crime. Also agree that the Venn diagrams of “People who are Mentally Ill” and “People who Abuse Drugs” overlap quite a bit.

The Cheetos and pop might be satirical props, but I dunno if I’d be going for satire so early in the game. She should’ve been aiming more for Ladies’ Home Journal rather than The Onion.
She looks so glowing and happy! I really do think she’s on the mend. She doesn’t claim to be the perfect mother or the perfect person but I think she really loves her boys and she is doing the best she can. Give the girl a break! I think she comes across as very honest in the interview and she has every right to not talk about certain things. I think it’s pretty funny that the Cheetos are in the picture as well. She is well aware of the fact that she gets made fun of but she doesn’t give a shit. I wouldn’t be surprised if she put them there on purpose.
I’m not saying she was not depressed and fucked up- but a serious mental disorder, I highly doubt…….thanks for that info Jessyka, sincerely.
