A sane and sober Britney Spears recently sat down for tell-all to OK! magazine for their feature story this week.
The highlight of the interview had to be when she was asked whether she’d object if her sons Jayden and Preston wanted to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. The newly protective mom told the mag: “I’d rather not. But but I’d love them unconditionally if they wanted to. I’d just as soon they have a more normal childhood.â€
While Brit was less responsive when it comes to questions about child custody details, her father/conservator Jamie Spears said: “Kevin [Federline] is all for everything. He wants her to have 50/50 custody. He wants them to raise these kids together. Kevin’s heart is right.â€
As for his relationship with his superstar daughter? “It’s wonderful. (The relationship) is new for both of us. She sometimes calls me 50 times a day and asks me things that light my life up. But like all daughters, she is very manipulative and cunning. So she gets what she wants a lot.â€

This was a bit of surprise wasn’t it? There was no talk of her doing this. She looks great in these pictures and I really do think she loves her boys. She loves them enough to recognise that she’s not capable of looking after them properly at this time. I think Kevin is actually not too bad a guy, but I think he is still out for all the money he can get out of Britney. I’m sure he wants his boys to have their mother in their life though. I would love for her to sit down and do a TV interview clearing up everything that’s gone on the past few years…although I don’t think that will happen.

#4 don’t you know that you can’t say anything negative about Britney or her fans will kill you. Britney is the only person who cannot be criticized for her actions because her fans care more about her making a comeback than they do about the two children that she created. You see it’s okay that she’s not a great mother because we can look forward to her appearance at the VMA’s and of course her new interview with OK. You just have to get your priorities straight: it’s career and then maybe the kids. Oh yeah, and blame everything on Kevin and her parents.
