VANESSA HUDGENS GETS SUED…AGAIN!

Vanessa Hudgens is having some issues ditching the people who put her where she is.

A former business associate is suing the High School Musical starlet claiming she’s been flaky with her royalty payments since kicking him to the curb. Johnny Vieira alleges Miss Hudgens fired him shortly after the success of HSM, despite sending him a signed photo with a note that read, “Johnny, thank you for everything, without you, I would be nowhere. We will make it BIG…Vanessa Hudgens.”

The complaint states that Vierra was able to wrangle $90 000 from Vanessa’s first advance from Hollywood Records, but that he’s getting the run-around with regard to $70 000 he says he’s owed from a “second secret undisclosed advance.”

So, what’s he going after? Vierra is requesting a full audit of the 19-year-old’s finances and at least $27 million in damages.

Why so much? The sconed behind-the-scenes guy claims that Vanessa’s dad defamed him by sending several e-mails to others, including Vanessa’s manager, claiming the producer is a “predator” who preys on young artists!!
