Madam Heidi Fleiss left rehab to go to Phiten to try the Yoko System for a facial, pedicure and manicure and get her hair done in Beverly Hills Wednesday afternoon.
Miss Fleiss left the salon in high spirits and told photographers that she is going to start a male brothel in Nevada.
She also sported threads from her own clothing line.
