As Nicole Richie slowly but steadily battles her way back to a healthy weight, the young celebutante treated herself and boyfriend Joel Madden to an afternoon at the Neil George Salon and Spa in Beverly Hills yesterday.
While the 28-year-old Good Charlotte frontman continues to look like an overgrown teenager with bad skin and even worse hair, young Nicole actually appeared healthy(ish) and aware (for once!) as a herd of photogs cornered in on the happy couple as they departed from the exclusive salon.
My theory for the sudden healthy appearance and apparent weight gain? BFF Paris Hilton stole all of Nicole’s Adderall before heading to jail.

She’s NOT pregnant - Madden confirmed that while he was on tour anyway. She just gained a little wieght but she’s def not pregnant. Anyway, come next month, they won’t even be together anymore.
He grosses me out. He was all over the media with Hillary (statuatory rape anyone?) talking about how in love they were. One week after their break up he is haning all over this nut bag. Oh wait, he is just a man.

Yes she’s still skinny, but in my opinion she is kind of a healthy looking skinny now. A couple more pounds wouldn’t hurt though. It’s good to see them back together…I think they make a cute couple!
