Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck weren’t the only Hollywood couple fleeing Los Angeles today.
Loved up twosome Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were spotted at LAX airport today en route to New York City.
LiLo appeared visibly angry when photogs asked the starlet about recent remarks from LAPD Police Chief William Bratton. “The police shouldn’t get involved in everybody else’s business when it comes to their personal life,” she said. “It’s inappropriate.”
For her part, Samantha recently updated her Facebook profile, saying “chief bratton should talk less and do more.”

I do think that the comments that were made were a little unprofessional and innapropriate, but really as if Lindsay and Sam haven’t been asking for the speculation? If it bothers them so much, then why don’t they just come out with the truth and put any rumor to rest. I think it’s just as immature for Sam to be saying that on her profile.
now im not a lilo fan i really don’t care about her but to be fair i dont really see why they have to come out and say they are dating, they don’t owe anybody an explanation it really is their own private business and i don’t really see how they’ve been asking for attention they just go about their day and the paps follow them, unless linds is calling them then thats a different story…

For the last month they have been photographed all over the country holding hands and acting like a couple, and they’re upset that they’ve been outed? Get over yourself Lindsay. If you don’t want people to know then keep your lesbian relationship a secret the same way you kept your relationship with Courntenay Semel a secret.
I totally agree with Taylor. It is nobody’s business, in particular, the chief of police. It was extremely inappropriate and offensive I thought to bring up how things have calmed down since she went gay. If I were his boss, I would be telling him the same thing.
It has nothing to do with them wanting to keep it a secret, I think it’s more a matter of utterly inappropriate for the chief of police to bringing up her sexuality like that. I don’t think she was upset because he ‘outed’ her. Please.

While I agree that Lindsay is right to say that Chief Bratton shouldn’t be getting involved in peoples personal lives, I also think that Lindsay and Sam are kidding themselves if they think that there is anyone left that doesn’t know that they are a couple at this point, or at the very least doing everything they can to appear to be a couple.
I also believe that the paparazzi are a bit out of control (take a look at TMZ on any given day to see the craziness with the pas following celebs), and that there should be some sort of law put into place that if nothing else at least dictates that the paps must stay a certain distance away from celebs and that they shouldn’t be allowed to snap pics when the celebs are with their children. The relationship between the paps and celebs is a two way street and often times they both need and use each other, but there is a point where it’s just too much.
On a side note… Lindsay and Sam were apparently headed out of LA on their way to Chicago (not New York) for Lollapalooza, where both Mark Ronson and Sam are scheduled to perform.
