Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen director Michael Bay has come to Shia LeBeouf’s defense.
In an interview with Access Hollywood, Bay said that yes, the 22-year-old troubled actor was drinking before the accident, but no he wasn’t drunk when he got in the accident.
“You’re gonna see — that’s gonna go away,” Bay says. “That’s fresh news… He was not drunk. He was drinking hours and hours before.”
Authorities had said Shia appeared clearly intoxicated at the scene, after reportedly partying at a nearby nightclub in the hours before the crash.
What to believe, what to believe!?!

Is it just me or does anybody find this little boy repulsive?
Where did real men in movies go?
All the REAL MEN, have died off.
So we are stuck with these little punks as “movie stars”
What a joke.
I say, this little punk was under the influence, Doesnt that state to breath tests/blood test?
Of couse Shia was drunk, the cops said he even told them he was waisted. And he is also FUG!
Gimme a break!!! It’s LA. He’ll get off.
Shia is drunk right now. Trust me. But he won’t be charged either way so it doesn’t really matter.
WTF everything is a disease now,
“You’re gonna see — that’s gonna go away.” — Uh, not exactly a ringing endorsement of Shia’s innocence. This is what people say when they’re getting let off, not when they’ve been unjustly charged. Shia’s PR ppl should tell his friends to stop trying to “help.”
