TMZ says October 29 is the agreed date that her father Jamie Spears will hand over power.
Us Weekly claims control over her financial decisions will cease December 31. People magazine backs up their story.
Whatever the case is, Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz said Britney “reluctantly” agreed.

Nope she’s not free. It’s been extended, hopefully indefinitely. She can’t manage her own life and she’s proven that on more than one occassion.
