Vanity Fair recently published their annual International Best-Dressed List.
The roster included your typical fabulously attired celebs like Angelina Jolie, Sarah Jessica Parker, Brad Pitt and the like.
Understandably missing from the coveted list? Mary-Kate Olsen.
Once celebrated for her Boho-chic look, the former actress looked borderline crazy yesterday as she dropped by the Neil George Salon in Beverly Hills to trim her tresses.
Pairing an array of what appears to be dirty laundry with some orthopedic gladiator sandals, the former style icon looked more like she was en route to a looney bin than she did an upscale salon.
While we don’t claim to be psychics, this isn’t a look we predict will hit a mall near you any time soon.

i disagree with all of you. the olsens may not have the typical fashion sense you see on every other hollywood startlet. they do not follow trend.but they set it. think chanel glasses. and lastly, it is something about the olsen where they make the most simple outfit look very chic in their own way. the layering of her white top with black shorts.and that jacket. make it look very grunge. and the modern twist by using the gladiator make it more chic. so about not having fashion sense, i think she has plenty. she know her look and she utilize it well. not everyone should look like victoria beckham.who treats everyday as a vogue editorial.or as any other lady star who ppl find them fashionable for something that just look great on them. olsen’s have both fashion and style. so i suggest know fashion before saying that she don’t have any.
She definately has a unique style I give her that. If she wasn’t a celebrity, I swear I would just think she was a homeless person or an alcoholic. That really is the way she dresses most of the time, it’s only when you look closely and realise she’s wearing Balenciaga and Gucci that you realise she’s got more money than she looks like she does. I think a lot has been going on with her lately, and I wouldn’t be surprised if Heath Ledger’s death had a lot to do with it. If she was into drugs as well, it would have been a huge wake up call and maybe she’s had to do a lot of re-evaluating of her life lately.
There’s nothing “unique” about a wearing a shirt tied around your waist as a skirt. That’s not style, that’s just stupid.
At least she fixed her hair for a change. Swept back and in a chignon–and it even looks clean. Will miracles never cease?
