PERKY PERKS

Chronically shirtless thespian Matthew McConaughey got the female extras on his movie set topless for some girl-on-girl action for a scene.

According to TMZ, while filming a pool party scene for his upcoming movie, ‘Surfer Dude’, McConaughey requested the female extras on set to ditch their tops for a little extra coin on the hour.

The 37-year-old actor, who is also producing the film, then asked the extras for some girl-on-girl action for the scene to which all extras but one obliged.

Not surprisingly, a rep for Camp Matthew said, “You should check with the Screen Actors Guild as they determine the pay scale and not Matthew McConaughey.”

You know what that means — overtime was on him!

Y’know I’d be fine if he was trying to spread his chronic shirtlessness to Jake Gyllenhaal/Ryan Gosling types in fact I’d willingly join in (prays that this happens) but this sounds pretty sleazy to treat these niave wannabe starlets who want to impress him because he’s TOTALLY the next De Niro (!).
I’m proud of the one that said no, this is really skank.
Still I guess it was their choice at the end of the day….

Stephi you have some weird misunderstanding happening when it comes to girls taking clothes off for money. Just because you do it sometimes yourself, you can’t argue that it’s empowering to women.. It’s degrading and he basicalaly treated them like objects there. without asking them if they would be willing to do it, or telling them what the purpose with that was, he just bluntly asks them to take their clothes off and have sex? Wrong industry Matthew, who by the way looks like Jesus on steroids… Not pretty..

hey bejeebus, ever think the women could say ‘no’? don’t push the whole fucking degrading thing. they have a mouth to use for speaking up instead of sucking clit.

Ok Beejeebus no need to be so fucking bitchy to Stephi. Who are you to say these girls were degraded. They chose to do what they did (and he obviously did ask if they were willing because at least one said no) and they got paid good money for it. Maybe taking clothes off for money is empowering to some women- stop being so judgemental.

Matthew is a dirtball & needs to wear clothes. It makes me wince that the women didn’t say NO.

hmm while i do think matt is sleazy i certainly don’t think he forced them to do anything. if he wanted to add this scene as a producer of this film that is his perogative. and the bottom line is we have no knowledge of how this went down, it could have been fun or businesslike even. i really dont think he would have treated them like objects (ps a bit harsh on stephi, beejeebus)
It does hearten me that one girl said no however getting paid for getting naked is not always degrading- dita von teese anyone?

Regardless, if he forced them or not, I think taking your clothes off for money is degrading to women, and I will always think that. And it bothers me that Stephi always talks about how empowering that is… What’s so empowering about it? Isn’t it better to keep your clothes on, and do business on the same level as the men? That’s just my opinion, and I know that you earn respect easier by using your brain to do business than flashing your titties.

And yes these girls did have a choice, but I can also imagine what kind of pressure there is on you when a megastar asks you to do something along those lines. They probably felt that it would hurt their carreer if they didn’t oblige. I just never think they should have been put in that situation in the first place.
