Showing off her maternal glow in a cute little white tunic dress and equally adorable red flip-flops, the 23-year-old lip syncstress and her pal nibbled on some shredded chicken salad and an assortment of Dim Sum appetizers before burning some post-lunch calories as they attempt to break through the wall of paparazzi awaiting them.
