Madonna and family, sans Guy Ritchie, attended the weekly Friday service at the Kabbalah Center in New York City last night.
Last week Madonna carefully covered her face for the cameras, but tonight it was unmistakable how her recent battles have taken a serious toll on her health. A source close to the singer revealed to Britain’s The Sun newspaper: “Madonna is doing less than OK. She has been rehearsing for the tour and she is totally miserable. She’s down physically and mentally.”

She didn’t have cheek implants. She had fillers injected into her cheek area. Ff you look closely at the photos and double click on them to see the larger version, you will see that the photo agencyadded in dark lines to accentuate the cheekbones to make her look more gaunt.
They’re just pics of her without makeup and looking tired, otherwise.

lolalola: No lines were added to make her look more gaunt. She looks awful and it’s a shame. She has taken her exercise addiction to an alarming point. Forget about being fat and unhealthy. She is over-fit and unhealthy. She doesn’t have a spare ounce of fat to soften her face and body. Which proves that:
she did have implants put in her cheeks. Photos of her with blackened eyes several months ago reflect that. No injection can create uniform lumps under the skin like she has. Those are silicone molded implants.
She is losing it all her youth, her husband, her lover, her self respect well she lost that a long time ago and her fame which hurts her ego more than anything, We are looking at Vadge self destruct and not even Kaballah can help .
She is not 30…she is well into her 40’s and she looks exceptional for that age.

I gasped seeing this photo. I almost cried a bit. Yes, more weight might help, but I’m thinking the damage is done. I wonder if she can reverse the cheek bones? She had tasteful, discreet work done up until recently. I would never begrudge a 40+ woman working in entertainment a little face work over the years. But, I believed she was stronger in character and would never have been afraid to “AGE” in a modest, professional sort of way. I’m fortunate. I’ve lived a healthy, stress free life up to now, and turning 40 isn’t an issue (physically). So no, I don’t know what it it’s like to be under constant media scrutiny, or always have the stress of fulfilling multi-million dollar contracts. I’m sad, I always kind of thought we had similarities, and have to wonder what I would do if money were no object.
A number of people believed she had cheek implants in the 90’s and some other face stuff done, but no one could ever prove it. Now these pictures do. She definitely had implants and her gauntness only highlights the work. I bet aging has made her crazy. No sympathy from me. Oh my….she looks terrible. She looks like she is dying. It just goes to show that no matter how much money you have, and procedures you get, you still get hit hard when there are problems in your life. I would be extremely worried about her if I was her family. I hope she can bounce back from this, she is a pretty strong woman.

She’s always had cheekbones, now they are just augmented with a shit load of JUVIDERM, or RESTALYNE, and you CAN achieve a symmetrical look with fillers…its why plastic surgeons and dermatologists make such good money…most of them are great at it. I’ll say it again…she looks tired, run down and without a drop of make up on. Throw in flashbulbs, and it really accentuates the flaws. I still think they did some “uglying up of the photos, there are dark brown lines around her face that definitely look added in on some shots. But she definitely needs to gain a few pounds, cancel her tour and relax and be a good mom.

Black eyes and bruising can happen from getting fillers injected..just so you know. In fact those are common side effects.
I agree with the fact that you cant have a thin hard body and have a full youthful face after a certain age, but the use of fillers are changing that more and more.

Okay, I’m not trying to prove the cheek implants cuz really it doesn’t affect my life either way. Still I ask you guys to look at her from the 80’s. On one side of her fact she had two skin folds by her mouth. Call them little sags if you want. It’s super noticeable in photos and has nothing to do with weight either. Then when you look to the 90’s Madonna her face became more streamlined and symetrical. Suddenly those folds by her lips were gone. Disappeared. That doesn’t happen on its own. Those folds were like skin dimples and they do not go away because someone lost weight. I think she removed them with some implants and/or face work for reasons of vanity (what a surprise). Anyway that has always been curious to me.
Those lines you speak of are still there, or maybe I’m not understanding what you’re saying. If you go back and look at 80’s pics you see what high cheekbones she always had, and the wide face. We lose collagen as we age. People’s faces do change quite a bit as they get older, without plastic surgery. She’s had fillers injected in. Fillers can last 6 months to a year depending on the filler used. Has she had some kind of lift work done? Totally. But what we’re seeing in these paps pics (that were enhanced to make her look worse than she does so the pics can sell) is a tired, worn out, too thin for her age woman who’s obviously under a lot of stress.
