Brigitte Nielsen stepped out with her husband Mattia Dessi last night to show off her brand new assets during a night out at Dolce nightclub in London.
The 45-year-old ex-wife of Sly Stallone was recently nipped and tucked live during her reality show From Old to New: Brigitte Nielsen in the Celebrity Clinic.
Miss Nielsen underwent a facelift, eyelift, liposuction and a breast lift.
After spending all that cash on plastic surgery, Brigitte clearly came a little short when it came to her wardrobe decision.

She looks better than she did before. Now shes just gotta do something with that hair.
I was never a big fan of this woman until Celebrity Rehab. She was so much smarter, nicer and more grounded than I ever expected—plus her husband is totally hot and her kids are downright gorgeous. So she’s doing something right. If it makes you happy, go for it Brigitte!
She looks better than when she was on Surreal Life that’s for sure. I think she started looking better when she became sober. Thank goodness she did, for her sake and her family’s sake.
Yeah, she does look better than she did on SR, but she’s still pretty rough-looking for 45. The phrase “ridden hard and put away wet” comes to mind.
She looks like she has lived 5 lives already, but in what little i saw from the “Aus alt mach neu” reality plastic surgery show she was smart, funny and quite realistic.

Ew she does not look 45. All the sugery has made her look more like 60. The hoochie clothing is horrible as well…doesn’t she realise how cheap it makes her look? She reminds me of a cross between Pink and Sharon Stone.
