Brad’s attorney sent a copy of a letter to The Smoking Gun threatening legal action against news outlets if photos taken of the family are published.
His lawyer contends that the images were “surreptitiously” taken by paparazzi with “highly powerful telephoto lenses,” and, if published, would violate the star’s privacy rights.
The images have since disappeared off the face of the internet.

They do not make good movies, they are not even close to any kind of box office hits at all.

If they want privacy, then why in the hell dont they do it?

They want to control the media but can’t. They are releasing statements left and right, shopping around pics of their newborns to the highest bidder, give money to charity and publicly announce it a week before Angie has a movie coming out to boister sales and now they don’t like the publicity. They think they can munipulate a situation into their favour and then bitch and moan at the machine they themselves perpetuate. It’s pathetic. I can’t wait until we are done with them and move on.

and what ever happened to going to Greece…It is the same thing that Sienna Miller is going through.
If you want your privacy Mr. Pitt than go somewhere where there isn’t a huge lawn that people can
take pictures .. Go to a disclosed location.. where no one knows… You did this your self ..

It is an ivasion of privacy, the paps need to leave the celebs alone, especially when they are on/in private property. The things they do are absolutely outragous, like pulling the fire alarm to see Maggie G new born baby, taking pictures of Angie giving her kid a bath, taking photo of Orlando bloom and girlfriend in their suite nakid, etc, etc…they need to stop!

As long as we keep looking at these pix on these web sites, perusing the tabloids in the supermarket line, or watch the “infotainment” shows, the paps have incentive to provide them.

But the celebs can’t have it both ways — in this day there is no such thing as privacy. It comes with the fame and fortune. Stating publicly that they went to France because of the stricter privacy laws, was like waving a red flag. (If you taunt them, they will come….and take pictures.)

I say good for Brad. And just because they sold pictures of the 1st one doesn’t mean its open season on him and his family for the rest of their life. That is like having sex with a guy once. But he feels he hit it once he can go back as many times as he wants. And to tell you the truth I am not a Jo-Pit fan. I think the kids are cute. But I really don’t care want they do next or what county they are in. I just came in this thread to gave Brad the thumbs up on this one. These paps think its open season on children. And I think that is wrong.

They are in their home, in their private lives, where everyone has a right to privacy just like all of us do. Neither Brad nor Angie EVER complain about the paps when they are out in public except when the paps threaten their kids like every other celeb does. People Mag says there is NO bidding war/NO negotiations at this time for the twins pixs, that all $$$ thrown around are just pap/tab LIES. Wonder if some of you will have the guts to come back and say you were wrong if they do not sell any pixs of their twins. Brad is still a private and very respected man to most in the world. Only a few bitter miserable people with self imposed blinders over their eyes who insist in believing pap/tab tall tales & lies would label a happy loving family a freak show. Brad is happier with Angelina and their kids than he has ever been in his life. Angelina has enabled Brad to achieve his life’s dreams, and Brad’s parents, his siblings and their families are now able to visit with Brad and his family more than they were ever able to do so in his previous lonely unhappy unloved unfulfilled empty life.

I’m glad Brad has taken action. Sure his family is used to it, but he’s doing what any decent father and husband would do and is protecting their privacy. Photos of them on the street out in public is bad enough, but to go into their backyard is just creepy. I really respect Brad. He seems like a really great guy who cares about his family a lot and maybe by standing up to the paps like this, they will realise that they can’t always get away with everything and not every celebrity will just put up with it.
