Why does the area around his mouth look so weird? It’s almost like he is a burn victim. As far as the speedo - whatever - he looks okay for an old guy wearing a speedo that is.

To be honest I really don’t think he looks that bad. A lot of European men, of all ages, where speedos and I’ve seen older men look a lot worse in them than Giorgio does.
