Denise Richards and her attorney Neal Hersh were spotted leaving the Los Angeles County courthouse, after arguing that Charlie Sheen should be restricted from seeing their kids.
While Charlie’s attorney, Fern Wender, denies most of Denise’s accusations (there’s hundreds), Denise and her blood-hungry lawyer were looking as steamed as Denise’s latte as they departed the building.
Was she denied yet another request to limit Charlie’s access to his own kids?

UPDATE: Denise’s attorney made a brief but impactful public statement following today’s courtroom custody battle installment.
Says Hersh: “Denise could not be happier with the order. She fully intends to support these orders and only hopes that Charlie will support those orders and follow them. It is shameful that he is trying to keep a tally on who won and who lost. The judge granted certain orders and denied others. This was about an emergency situation regarding her children.”

I can’t stand this woman. I have tried to watch her show and for some reason I don’t like her. I guess even if you try, some people are just not likeable.

They both have problems. But Charlie Sheen has his shit together? Really? Charlie Sheen is more famous for his addiction to prostitutes than his acting! This is a man who ridiculed Denise’s mom when she was dying of cancer. This is a man who wished cancer upon Denise and her father. I don’t think much of her but I shudder to think what sorts of things his children are exposed to when in his presence.

Charlie is not someone I think highly of, but he’s made efforts where Denise will not relent until he is not a part of his kids life. She reminds me of episode of Law & Order SUV where the ex wife hated the husband so much and was desperate enough to frame him for her death. She hated him so much and wanted there child to have no contact with him, and the only way she could do it was if he was in jail for life. This is who Denise is to me. I think she would go to great lengths to destroy whatever way she could her kids relationship with theyr dad.

Denise Richards knew everything about Charle Sheen before she married him. He has been in the news since he was 18. There were no secrets. She plays such a good girl and a perfect mother! Give me a break!!!!!!!!!! She marries a bad boy - makes her divorce public (always on Larry King; calling papparazzi, reality TV) has an affair with her friend’s estranged husband. She ends that, and she is not getting enough attention. She accuses Charlie, go sobs on Ryan Seacrest and she does reality with a mouth that is so foul that a child should be taken away from her for her cussing. Charlie gets married and then on the day - he gets nominated for an EMMY - she finds another thing. I do not know how they are acting out. If it is sexual or what. I do know that 20 years ago my youngest at age 2 always rubbed herself improperly. IS THAT ACTING OUT. I am so done with this publicity whore. I have to say I was much more on her side until her train-wreck of a reality show aired. Now it makes much more sense why she married him in the first place. He’s a horror-show but she’s just a horror. Neither of them give a damn about their kids if they can use them (the kids) to manipulate/hurt/harm the other x-spouse. Too bad these pathetic morons didn’t stay married. They deserve each other. I just hope those kids find a good therapist early in life. They’re gonna need it!

I think she’s completely gorgeous, but this whole divorce thing has made her a little crazy. She needs to let it rest now. Charlie has remarried and is obviously moving on with his life and she should do the same. They’ve both made mistakes, but they need to do what’s right for the kids now and quit trying to prove each other wrong and badmouth each other. It’s childish.
I couldn’t stand her. Then watched her show for the hell of it and thought MAYBE she wasn’t that bad (to some degree anyway) and then she does this. I think she’s nuts!
