Miss Spears looked toned, tanned and sane as she joined event hosts Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey at the Generation Rescue bash in Los Angeles last night.
Looking understated in a sexy LBD, Brit proved that all those days at the gym and a recent court settlement regarding child custody have really paid off.
Heck, this is the first time in a long time that we can even say we approve of the weave.

I’m with you Iris — She looks better, but I don’t think her weave looks that great — is that her real hair where it is so short at the top? If so, boy, her hair grows slowly. And she looks a bit packed in that dress. Shiny fabrics are hard for anyone to wear. I like Jennie M’s dress, but not crazy about the boots with it.
Jim Carrey looks sickley - is this new “look” for a role? (I hope). Britney does look better but Jenny has got her beat even though she’s a decade older.
She looks nice her dad needs to never leave her side. He’s doing a great job getting her healthy again.

On the facade things seem well. She will continue to need supervision and family support is crucial to her stabalization. Mental Illness does not just go away and as long as she is surrounded by the right people she has a fighting chance.
1st off she looks AMAZING so major props for her.
2nd all you ignorant chatters……….she got more custody of her kids and this event is for a really good cause for children like Jenny’s. So before you speak take all your bullshit ignorance and think 1st.

I don’t see how anyone can put her down here! She looks absolutely gorgeous!!! The best she has looked in years! If you go back and look at pictures of her in 2003, she really doesn’t look that different than she does here. She’s obviously been working hard to be happier and healthier and it really shows. I think this comeback is going to be the one to show people that she’s still at the top of her game.

She looks the same to me, just looks like she actually showered and brushed her hair instead of being a mess. She looks tired and older than she really is. Hopefully she comes around full circle.
While I agree that Britney looks clean and sane, I don’t think she looks that great here. And the hair is awful — the blending b/w her real hair and extensions is pretty bad. It looks like someone took a Flowbee to her.
Btw, Duh, colour me amazed that you actually got a contingent response from LAURIE SMITH. That girl is usually all about output (excuse me, OUTPUT), not exchange.
She looks a lot better but that weave is still a mess. I think Jenny looks great, though.
