DEETS ON BRIT AND K-FED’S CUSTODY SETTLEMENT

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have finally reached a custody settlement in their endless court battle over their two sons.
Here’s what we know.
K-Fed will retain sole custody of the couple’s two sons, 2-year-old Sean Preston and 21-month-old Jayden James. Brit gets to keep her visitation rights — which is two visits and one overnight per week — but her lawyer, Laura Wasser, confirmed that her client won “more custodial time” with the boys.
As for how much Federline will bank from the arrangement? Sources say he walks away with a cool $18 000 a month in spending cash….err…child support.

You have to be a really crappy Mom to have sole custody given to the Dad. It’s probably better this way. It didn’t look like she wanted them anyway. She needs to stay off the drugs & continue to clean up.

You know when you go on other sites they’re all blaming Kevin and that is utter bullsh*t. Ever since she went crazy all anyone associated with her can talk about is her comeback. “She will be back and better than ever.” Blah, blah, blah. Not once did any of those people express a genuine concern for the well-being of her children. I could care less whether she makes another crappy cd again, but it’s sad that neither she, her management team, nor her fans give a rats ass about those little boys. She got pregnant because she thought it was cute and at the first sign of trouble she cut them loose.

Well that’s good news that she’s getting to see her sons a little more. I think she really does love them and she realises what a mistake she made letting them slip away, but at that stage in her life she really wasn’t able to care for them properly. It makes me so mad that Kevin is walking away with her hard-earned money all the time though. He’s never had it better.

well i think she has it made. this is a win win situation for her and kevin. she gets to see the boys more but doesn’t have to deal with the grind of taking care of them. although kevin has to take care of them, he doesn’t ever have to worry financially to hire some help.
i feel sorry for the boys though. i wonder what they’ll think of their mother when they’re old enough.

This was the best deal Brittney could get since she is deemed not mentally competent by the court. Her lawyers are the best in the biz and until she is able to prove to the court she can handle herself, there was no way in hell she was going to win custody of her children from Kevin.
I think is GREAT that her lawyer was able to get additional time with her children and she was able to settle as cheaply as she did.
