It was a day of beauty for Hilary Duff in Toluca Lake, CA on Thursday afternoon.
The singer/actress made her way over to Venus Nails where she got the full treatment — manicure, pedicure and a message from three ladies who looked like they pleased the young starlet.
Miss Duff made sure not to leave without a few feel pretty products.
Meanwhile, look for Hilary to begin filming Stay Cool alongside Winona Ryder next week. The Michael Polish-directed comedy tells the tale of an author who returns to his hometown to deliver a commencement address to a class of graduating high school students only to be forced to deal with his feelings for an old flame (Ryder) as well as the advances of a student (Duff) who has the hots for him.

She looks soo different without make up. Very average at best imo.
She is landing a lot big roles lately but I dont think she really has the chops though.

She got good reviews for War Inc. that movie is still in theatres! Hil looks great with or without makeup. At least she looks her age unlike Blohan and the rest of those z list felons and drunks like Paris, Mischa, Tara Reid, and Shitney dead beat mom Spears! Hil is going to be around for a long time.
