Is Kelly Osbourne engaged?
While shopping with friends in the Soho district of New York City today, Kelly was spotted wearing a big rock on her left ring finger.
This all comes days after her public smoochfest with her model beau Luke Worrell.
Kelly recently told British reporters: “We get on so well together. I really do love him. Every time we are in each other’s company, we always have a good time. Would I marry him? Yes, you never know. But I’m still really young, I’m only 23, so we’ll have to wait and see.”
