WORLD PREMIERE: ALICIA KEYS’ ‘SUPERWOMAN’

Check out Alicia Keys’ just-released video for Superwoman.

In the Chris Robinson-directed video, Miss Keys portrays many women, all of whom she describes to be superwomen. Among them are a young mother, a seemingly vindictive businesswoman, and a Pharoah.

She soulfully sings at a piano: “This is for all the mothers fighting, better days are coming.”

i’m surprised she fared so well after the “blender” interview. no real backlash, yet mel gibson, michael richards, et al get hammered.

Post 1 , that is so true the media ignored her outrageous and racist statements, had it been a white artist all hell would have broken loose. Their is a double standard in the media and it has become even more blatant now with OBAMA AND HIS ANGRY BRIDE.

Mel Gibson is a genius but the media bashes him endlessly but they won’t tell you it’s because he is a catholic and a conservative . Ironically hollywood is very intolerant of people of faith but they make exceptions for sharpton, jesse and obama.

let’s not be racist towards each other, peeps! tupac was a thug, but also very intelligent and was doing A LOT for the community before he died. I don’t understand why people are still stuck on that comment by Alicia…first off it was her opinion whether true or not. who cares?! she’s mixed for god’s sake.

A moment in time… I’m all about second, third, fourth chances. She’s back to being OK in my book. Haven’t listened to the song yet, though :o).

Love her, still don’t quite get the “seemingly vindictive” business woman reference?
