It was a nightmare come true for Miss USA Crystle Stewart, a Texan, who tripped on the train of her bejeweled evening gown as she made her entrance.
As you may recall, Miss USA Rachel Smith also tumbled during the evening gown competition at the 2007 Miss Universe contest in Mexico City and soon became an unintended star on You Tube shortly thereafter.
Like like her counterpart, Crystle quickly stood up after her fall and continued on as if nothing had happened.
Needless to say, Miss America was sent packin’. Dayana Mendoza of Venezuela was crowned Miss Universe 2008.

I feel so sorry for these girls when this happens! I used to be in pageants for a while there and there really is so much work and practice that goes into these shows. Just imagine how she was feeling for the rest of her time on stage…awful and completely embarassed. I don’t find her anywhere near as pretty as Rachel Smith. The only thing attractive about this girl to me is her hair, and I’m betting that it’s fake. She reminds me of the chick from Destiny’s Child.
