Rihanna and Jay-Z teamed up for a good cause last night as they performed in Abuja, Nigeria to kick off the Thisday Music and Fashion Festival.
As part of the star-studded event, Riri kicked of the show with her first big hit, Pon de Replay, before driving fans crazy as she cranked out fan pleasers like Shut Up and Drive and, of course, Umbrella.
After that, it was the Jiggaman’s turn to take the stage. After blasting off hit after hit, the better half of Bey-Z concluded his set with a solo version of his duet with wife Beyonce, Crazy in Love.

Her hair looks like shit. Can somebody say perm?
she dont need no perm…. she is goegeous and she looks better with her black folks hair!
I think she looks great. the fringe covers her huge forhead, so there’s nothing to gossip about.
you people always find something trivial to talk about especially in a woman… she pretty and her eyes are to die for….. when black girls wear contacts they are not trying to be white they are imitating tyra banks , vanessa williams and rihanna, all the black women that have light eyes not white women… i doint know too many black woimen that wan to be white… i mean really come on now get it right black women have all the good features lips, skin tone, curvy bodies, almond shaped eyes , high cheek bones and are the mothers of those gorgeous black men so you know we are rocking it!
I think they should both stay in good old Nigeria. Lord knows the folks there could use the help from these two rich entertainment types. They could also keep Tyra company…..
I think she has an absolutely beautiful face, but this haircut makes her look really butch. Her body has seemed to beefed up recently as well. Not a very good look. I think Rihanna is extremely lucky to be where she is today. She’s got a terrible voice and her live performances are nothing to gloat about. She’s just had some really catchy songs written for her and of course Jay Z to help her along….
She has a cute face. Not beautiful but sweet looking, and her eyes are gorgeous!
Character Study
Choose one of the main characters and using words, paint a word portrait of him or her. Write about any of the following: interests, relationships with other characters, personality, problems that face him or her, and or anything else that you think will help your reader understand that character better. To help you get the information you need, first fill out a chart like the one that follows. This chart would not be published on your web page. A character study is written in third person; you are the author who knows everything about the character. Think about sentence fluency as you write. Read your character study aloud to make sure it reads smoothly and that it sounds good.
What does this character look like? How old is he/she? What is his/her name?
Give examples of this character’s speech/words.
Give examples of this character’s thoughts.
Give examples of this character’s actions.
How do other characters view this characters?
What does this character do for fun or for personal interest?
What would this character want if he/she could have anything in the world?
