Following the tragic yet inevitable break-up with British lady’s man Calum Best, rehab princess Lindsay Lohan had a little fun with the paparazzi as she and a few fellow junkies got their work-out on near a Malibu gym.
While most people who undergo a stint in rehab are forced to deal with very difficult issues (both emotional and physical), the twice-rehabbed Lohan is evidently breezing through her 12-steps with a trademark smile on her face.

This is totally someone else who just does what they want, when they want. I can’t say I know a lot about rehab, but I would imagine that other patients aren’t going out to “the gym” with big groups of friends.

i’m sorry to burst anyones dreams about rehab, but there is a lot of drugs floating around. dealers know its a great place to sell b/c people are desperate for a hit. even the best rehab centers, the OP’s bring it in.. which is one of the many reasons why if you’re not serious about getting better, just going to rehab wont help.
What is with her going to the gym all the time and working out on the balcony! First of all there is a gym at Promises and I’m sure that most of the workouts are done inside not conveniently outside where the paps can get some shots! If Lindsay wants anyone to think shes serious about rehab she needs to get back in there and not leave under any circumstances until she’s kicked her habits. We could be waiting a very long time if that were to happen but at least the girl wouldn’t spiral downward any further.
