Out of court settlement is the way to go! cuts out a bunch of attorney fees and has less press. I dont know why more celebs dont do it.

My heart really goes out to Christie. Not only must it be hard to be going through your fourth divorce but to do it so publically would be very embarasssing, especially considering the stuff that has come out about Peter. I think she’s handling herself with a lot of class, it can’t be easy.
