Rocking her trademark fuschia lipstick and blue suede shoes, the powerhouse songstress hit up a recording studio in Studio City CA yesterday to lay down some tracks for her upcoming album.
Xtina, who revealed to this month’s Glamour magazine that her feet grew two sizes during her pregnancy, recently told Larry King Live that her new album will have a personal touch. “Absolutely, always, always has a personal touch,” she said. “Always try to come with as honest material as possible.”
She also mentioned that she will tour once again “as soon as the record is done and after the promotion cycle of the next record. Probably some time in the following year or so, end of the following year maybe.”
As for any other career aspirations, Xtina added that she’s “really interested in doing film. But I’ve been really choosy about what role that is. So I’ve really taken my time with it. You know, instead of jumping right in, years ago, as I could have, I’ve really wanted to make sure that it was something well thought out.”

She definitely has to come with a new sound on the new album.
I have never cared for the songs she sings or all that damn makeup—however–she really does have a power house voice (unlike most of the pop people). You can tell she’s got the goods when you hear her do something serious like “At Last”; better than Etta James !!!
She always look so bad with waaaaaaay too much make up on. How about a more natural look and not so much Tranny make-up.
My damn feet grew a size too when I was pregnant and they never went back. I hate it!
I don’t remember the last time I saw her without a face full of makeup, freshly bleached hair and an orange spray tan. It looks incredibly fake and if she’s looking to promote honesty, she should tone things done a little and just let the world see who she really is. I feel like she’s always putting on a fake personality when she’s in front of the cameras. I think she’s a great singer, but I don’t know about the acting.
